Mr. Lazo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration.

PV Permitting and Design Director, is Photovoltaic Designer and Architect, also a NABCEP Associate with more than 7 years and 12 Megawatts of PV Systems design experience, ranging from 3 KW to 800 KW, leading and coordinate, in-house and outsourced engineering. Code-compliant Solar Photovoltaic, complete design building permit packages including as-built drawings, drone aerial video and photos, full Plan. Set for building permits and documentation preparation for AHJ and Utility Submittal requirements, throughout New York, Arizona, and California.

Leonardo has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations is our PV Permitting Manager, with more than 10 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, data analysis and KPI management. As PV Permitting Manager Leonardo is in charge with everything that has to do with DOB permits. Leonardo has achieved speed up permit applications to the DOB. Leonardo holds a Data Analysis certification from Code Academy.
Hazell Arreola PV Design Manager
As an Architect, Hazell has dedicated her career focused on issues of urbanism, territorial planning, research, and generation of knowledge for the solution of current and future problems. Currently she is currently doing a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences at Sonora State University. She was recognized as Ambassador of Sonora Long live the jungle Lacandona by Fundación Azteca. Obtained the 1st Place, Medal International Human Cities, Towns Inclusive, by United Nations Habitat. Green University.
